bdkkk Terms & Conditions — Rules for Bangladesh Players

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bdkkk website and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered by bdkkk ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on bdkkk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

bdkkk reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1. Eligibility to Use bdkkk

To create an account and use the bdkkk Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. bdkkk will verify eligibility during the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false date of birth information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
2. You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person or entity.
3. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change.
4. You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the laws applicable in your location before using bdkkk.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of a bdkkk employee or affiliate. Employees and affiliates are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in real-money gameplay.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bdkkk. If bdkkk identifies that a player has registered more than one account — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — bdkkk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed from those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bdkkk login credentials. bdkkk will never ask for your password via chat, email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is considered to have been authorised by you.

1. You must not share your bdkkk account credentials with any third party. Any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure is your sole responsibility.
2. bdkkk will conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing your first withdrawal request. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID (NID) or passport. bdkkk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdkkk support immediately via the support channel available in your logged-in account. bdkkk will investigate the matter promptly and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation.
4. bdkkk reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict access to any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bdkkk supports instant deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's major mobile financial service providers. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). By making a deposit or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and is registered in your name.

Deposit Rules

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although bdkkk may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance reasons.
2. Deposits made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your bdkkk wallet within 10 to 60 seconds of the mobile wallet transfer completing. If a deposit is not credited within 5 minutes, you should contact bdkkk support with your mobile wallet transaction reference number.
3. bdkkk does not charge a fee on deposits made through supported payment methods. Third-party fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside bdkkk's control and are the player's responsibility.
4. bdkkk reserves the right to request verification of any deposit transaction before crediting funds to your account. Any deposit made using a payment method not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Rules

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete.
2. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. bdkkk may request a valid Bangladesh NID or passport, proof of payment method ownership, or other supporting documents. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account restriction.
3. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 24 hours following approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume (for example, during BPL finals or major cricket tournament days) or where additional verification is required.
4. bdkkk reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where fraud is suspected, where the account has been used in a manner that violates these Terms, or where the applicable wagering requirement attached to a bonus has not been met.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdkkk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion. General bonus rules that apply across all bdkkk promotions are listed below.

1. Bonuses are credited to your bdkkk wallet following deposit confirmation and are subject to the wagering requirement (rollover) specified in each promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is fully met.
2. bdkkk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have met its wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited.
3. Bonuses are only available to players who have registered a single, verified account on bdkkk. Players found to be abusing promotions — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using technical methods to circumvent bonus terms — will have their accounts closed and all bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
4. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotion terms and expire at the time stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.
5. bdkkk is not responsible for any failure to receive a bonus due to technical issues, connectivity problems, or incorrect account information provided by the player. Players who believe they have not received a bonus they are entitled to should contact bdkkk support within 7 days of the promotion end date.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

bdkkk is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. bdkkk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to withhold any funds associated with that account pending investigation.

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players — including automated betting systems that place wagers without manual player input.
2. Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in games or Platform systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided and the account may be closed.
3. Engaging in money laundering or any activity that uses bdkkk to process the proceeds of criminal activity. bdkkk cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and may report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable regulations.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game. This includes agreeing with other players on betting outcomes in games where player choices interact, and sharing game information in real time with other participants in a live casino game to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdkkk staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform. bdkkk reserves the right to close any account and ban the associated player permanently where abusive behaviour is identified.

If any sporting event on which a bet has been placed is subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or other integrity violations, bdkkk reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to the affected accounts. bdkkk's decision on such matters is final.

6. Responsible Gaming

bdkkk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to preventing gambling harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available from the account settings section of your bdkkk account and can be activated at any time.

Gambling should always be a form of entertainment, not a way to make money or solve financial problems. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdkkk's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service offered on the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific limitations also apply.

1. bdkkk is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss — except where such loss results directly from bdkkk's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
2. bdkkk is not responsible for any interruption to the Platform caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including Internet service provider outages, mobile network downtime, third-party payment provider delays, distributed denial-of-service attacks, or acts of God.
3. In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction or produce an incorrect result, bdkkk reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. bdkkk is not liable for any additional amounts beyond the original wager in such circumstances.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bdkkk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Amendments and Governing Law

bdkkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using bdkkk and may request withdrawal of your available balance before closing your account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bdkkk operates. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute or claim.
